Scale of Equipment: The total height of the storage racks reaches 23 meters, equipped with 3 sets of pallet stacker cranes and 1 set of bin stacker crane. It also includes 1 set of conveyor system, 1 set of Warehouse Management System (WMS), and 1 set of Warehouse Control System (WCS). The facility can accommodate up to 8,400 pallet positions and 36,000 bin positions.
Project Features: This project encompasses storage for both pallets and bins. The bin area is designed to facilitate picking operations. The project follows the product Bill of Materials (BOM) for outbound order picking.
